Due to the presence of natural fullerenes, Shungite carries strong purifying, detoxifying and cleansing properties. A shungite bath or foot-bath will draw the toxins and electromagnetic energy from your body to physically detoxify you!
Directions for use.
Place the bag of Shungite stones into a bath or foot-bath and fill with water as usual. There is no need to wash or clean the stones before use. Ideally, soak and relax for about 20 minutes.
Please note: Shungite can put your body into a mild 'detox state', if you experience headaches or nauseousness you may need to acclimatize yourself to the energy slowly. Start by soaking for about 5 minutes, then slowly extend the time until you are able to comfortably enjoy a cleansing full 20 minute session.
The stones may initially make the water become blackish due to their high carbon concentration, do not discard this water, it is very safe and beneficial to use.
